Membership and CIM studies
Here you will find all the information on how to become a member, how to access data as an agency, or how, as a media or advertising sales house, to participate in our media studies.
CIM studies
Each study also has specific subscription modalities.
More information in the Annex of the Internal Regulations about the financing rules.
Hereunder you will find the forms for the different studies.
Application Individual Membership
You must use this form to submit a membership application. Complete the document, sign it, and return it by registered letter to the CIM (to the attention of the Chairman of the Board of Directors) and by email to finance@cim.be
Application Associate Membership
There is also an associate membership option reserved for:
- creative agencies that have a contract with a media agency that is a CIM member,
- subsidiaries in which the majority of shares (50% + 1 share) are held by a company that is already a CIM member,
- freelancers who have a service contract with a company that is already a CIM member.
You will find this specific application form here. It must also be completed, signed, and sent by registered letter and email (see Individual Membership Application).
TAM participation request new TV channel
TV channels can subscribe to the TAM (Television Audience Measurement) through this form.
Online Video Content participation request new TV channel
TV channels can also optionally request the measurement of online video content (OVC - Online Video Content) via this form.
TV - Approval capture by Proximus for GfK
When submitting your participation request, you will also need to authorize telecommunications operators to measure the signal and TV picture quality. You can find the form for Proximus here, as well as answers to frequently asked questions.

For "Time Logging with program identification based on As Run files of the channel", there is a document concerning the prescribed specifications that the files must meet.
RAM participation request new radio station
Radio stations can subscribe to the RAM (Radio Audience Measurement) study. All completed documents can be sent signed to radio@cim.be.
Limited access to RAM Study results
Radio stations that do not wish to subscribe to the full study results can obtain limited access to the results in the form of fact sheets. Details of the content of these fact sheets and complete pricing information can be found in the attached document.

Form to request a change about the participation in the Radio Stream Monitor (RSM) study.
Subscription form CIM Internet study
The subscription form for measuring a website, application or player must be fully completed, signed, and sent by email to internet@cim.be, along with the official advertising rate card and the contact details of the advertising revenue recipient (the subscriber, an internal or external sales house). Registering for the CIM Internet audience measurement automatically implies your consent to be included in the MDB statistics. These collected data relate to Belgian media investments.

Registration of a press title for Press Circulation Audit is done through this subscription form (Dutch version). This document must be completed, signed, and returned to the CIM by mail, along with a copy of the publication, the current advertising rate, and a detailed distribution plan. The letter should be addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

How to Participate in Press Circulation Audit? (Dutch version)
Once your subscription has been accepted, there are two remaining steps: completing an annual declaration of honor for your publication and undergoing a first audit by the MICC auditing office. This audit will consist of a thorough verification of your publication's print run and distribution. This audit is conducted annually and covers the previous year.

Belgian Publishing Survey registration form
To participate in the press audience study, your publication must be authenticated (Participation in the Press Circulation Audit).
The registration form for the BPS press readership study must be duly completed and signed, then sent by email to pressaudience@cim.be along with the publication's logo (which must be included in the study questionnaire).

Subscription to the Out of Home study
The conditions for benefiting from the results of the CIM Out of Home study are as follows: CIM membership and payment of annual participation fees for the CIM Out of Home study. These fees fund the development of the study and are determined based on the turnover of the participating agencies.

Subscription to CrossMedia studies
Subscription to CIM cross-media studies (TGM, etc.) is mandatory for all subscribers to a CIM tactical study. The conditions for benefiting from the results of these studies are as follows: CIM membership and payment of annual participation fees for CIM strategic studies.
